White Chocolate Lemon Colomba Easter Cake

This special colomba is made with white chocolate and candied lemons. It is topped with crunchy sugar icing and Bari almonds.

Pasticceria Filippi's traditional Italian Colomba Easter cake is a rich buttery cake similar to panettone, shaped to resemble a dove. The colomba is made with Filippi's 40 year old natural yeast starter, free range eggs, butter, Italian honey, bourbon vanilla beans and candied citrus peel.
