Care & Materials Dishwasher Safe - We recommend using a non-fragrant/non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent on the air dry cycle (or econo heat when available). It is recommended to place the dishes so they avoid touching during the high pressure dishwashing and as such we recommend you do not overload the dishwasher. All dishes should be dried thoroughly before being stored.Microwave Safe - The temperature of VIETRI pieces may vary after microwave use due to the handmade nature of quality, natural clays. Thus, as with all products used in a microwave, please use the following precautions:
Always use a pot holder or oven mitt when handling the product as item may get hot. Do not permit children to handle any product that has been heated in a microwave. Do not put any products into a microwave without food or liquid on or inside the piece. Allow item to cool before taking it out of the microwave. Freezer Safe - Item can withstand freezing temperatures, but please allow it to return to room temperature before putting it into the oven.
Oven Safe - VIETRI's casserole and baking dishes can be used in most conventional ovens and dishwashers. They are handcrafted of very dense clays and fired at high temperatures, making them heat resistant up to 400°F. Do not use casserole lids in the oven, unless otherwise noted. Hot casseroles and baking dishes should never be placed on cool, damp, or unprotected surfaces. VIETRI bakeware should never be taken directly from the refrigerator to the oven due to the extreme temperature change, nor should it be placed directly from oven to freezer. The handles of these pieces are decorative and should not be used for support. Please remove the bakeware from the oven by holding the body of the dish, supporting the base.
Materials
Italian Stoneware - A mix of different clays including a stoneware clay that can be fired at higher temperatures and provides added strength to the product.
Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, often sooner. Please note that during promotional periods like Black Friday / Cyber Monday, we will make every attempt to have all orders shipped as soon as possible, but there may be slight delays beyond normal processing times. RETURNS
Most items (exclusions below) are available for return within ten days of shipment receipt. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and in original packaging. For return requests, please e-mail hello@huntandbloom.com for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be processed once returned item(s) is received back and inspected by Hunt & Bloom. If return is approved, the return must be received back within 14 days of return authorization approval date. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items marked FINAL SALE and seasonal items marked down are not eligible for exchange or return. Please see below for exclusions.
Exclusions: Certain categories of vintage & antiques, including furniture, mirrors, art, textiles and decorative accessories are final sale and not eligible for return due to their one of a kind nature. Oyster plates ARE eligible for return. Apothecary products like bath and body items and all candles are final sale and not eligible for return and are final sale.
Lamp shades are available for return for store credit or exchange only.
Made to order items like upholstered furniture and custom stationery, gift tags, stamps and note pads are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Made to order items are noted in the products description.
Seasonal Items: Depending on timing, returns for seasonal and holiday items are evaluated on a case by case basis and may not be eligible for return. Seasonal items are not eligible for return once the associated holiday is within 12 days of the purchase. For example, Christmas merchandise is no longer eligible for return beginning December 13th. Please inquire if you have questions.
Wallpaper: Wallpaper is eligible for return if notified within ten days of shipment receipt but is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Rolls must be unopened and uncut with all original packaging intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
DAMAGES
Please report all damages within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Please do not discard packaging in the case of carrier damage, where images of packaging may be requested.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Unfortunately we do not honor price adjustments for items purchased previous to sales or markdowns.
