Made in Europe, our glassware collections are either made of pressed-glass, our mouth-blown glass using semi-manual methods. Wine glasses, water glasses and tumblers can be safely used in the dishwasher. However, hand washing will prolong the life of the products. To maintain the original qualities we advise some extra care:
- Before placing glasses in the dishwasher it is advisable to rinse them in lukewarm water to eliminate any residues
- Washing glassware by hand: hand-wash glasses individually with a non-abrasive detergent, warm water, and a soft sponge or cloth;
- In the dishwasher: place glasses in the appropriate rack to avoid scratches. The washing temperature for the dishwasher should be 65 ºC (140 ºF) with a rinsing phase at 65 ºC (149 ºF) and a washing cycle of approximately 90/120 seconds. Carefully dose the brightener, an excess amount may cause iridescence on the glass surface, and a poor amount leaves water drop marks on the bowl. At the end of the washing program, open the door and leave it ajar for 5/10 minutes to vent steam and avoid the formation of halos on the glass due to condensation;
- Dry with a microfiber cloth.
We recommend you wash oversized items and more delicate pieces by hand, namely Bordeaux/ burgundy/ chardonnay glasses, our decanters, glass domes, and all items from our recycled glass collection Tosca.

Using the best natural resources in Portugal, COSTA NOVA products are made in a single firing system heated up to 1180 ºC (2160 ºF) which creates a unique ceramic body with a special bonding between the clay and the glazed surface. This original formula explains why our stoneware is so durable and resistant to both thermal and mechanical shocks.
In addiction, our team of designers, technicians, modelers and craftsmen are constantly developing original shapes and colors, all the way to truly unique designed and handcrafted pieces.

Seasonal Items: / Holiday Decor: Due to limited selling windows, seasonal items and holiday decor, including Christmas, Valentine's, Easter, Halloween and Thanksgiving are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
Vintage & Antique Items: All vintage & antique items, including furniture, mirrors, art, textiles, tabletop and decorative accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return due to their one of a kind nature. Apothecary products like bath and body items and all candles are final sale and not eligible for return and are final sale. Perishable items are also final sale.
Lamp Shades: Lamp shades are eligible for return for store credit or exchange only. Please note - if cellophane cover has been removed by customer from lamp shade(s), they are no longer eligible for return.
Made to Order / Custom Items: Items like made to order upholstered furniture and custom stationery, gift tags, stamps and note pads are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Made to order items are noted in the products description.
Wallpaper: Wallpaper is eligible for return if notified within ten days of shipment receipt but is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Rolls must be unopened and uncut with all original packaging intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
DAMAGES
Please report all damages or product defects / issues within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please do not discard packaging in the case of carrier damage, where images of packaging may be requested. To report damanges, please email hello@huntandbloom.com.
