Description

Each piece in our lacquerware collection is handcrafted in Vietnam, incorporating the same traditional techniques that have been used for centuries to create uniquely beautiful and durable items.

From the harvesting of the tree sap that becomes lacquer resin to the sanding and cutting of the wooden bases, every step of the process is executed by human hands. Lacquer artisans apply Caspari artwork to the wood, adding any gold or silver leaf and hand painted accents, before patiently applying numerous coats of high gloss lacquer to finish and seal the piece. The care and attention lavished on each and every detail results in a lacquerware collection of incredible beauty.

Due to their handmade nature, lacquerware items may exhibit slight irregularities in color, finish, or design. Please pardon these differences, as each piece is its own unique work of art.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Most items (exclusions below, which includes seasonal items) are available for return within ten days of shipment receipt. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and in original packaging. For return requests, please e-mail returns@huntandbloom.com for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be processed once returned item(s) is received back and inspected by Hunt & Bloom. If return is approved, the return must be received back within 10 days of return authorization approval date. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items marked FINAL SALE and seasonal items marked down are not eligible for exchange or return. Please see below for exclusions.

Exclusions:

Seasonal Items: / Holiday Decor: Due to limited selling windows, seasonal items and holiday decor, including Christmas, Valentine's, Easter, Halloween and Thanksgiving are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

Vintage & Antique Items: All vintage & antique items, including furniture, mirrors, art, textiles, tabletop and decorative accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return due to their one of a kind nature. Apothecary products like bath and body items and all candles are final sale and not eligible for return and are final sale. Perishable items are also final sale.

Lamp Shades: Lamp shades are eligible for return for store credit or exchange only. Please note - if cellophane cover has been removed by customer from lamp shade(s), they are no longer eligible for return.

Made to Order / Custom Items: Items like made to order upholstered furniture and custom stationery, gift tags, stamps and note pads are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Made to order items are noted in the products description.

Wallpaper: Wallpaper is eligible for return if notified within ten days of shipment receipt but is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Rolls must be unopened and uncut with all original packaging intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

DAMAGES

Please report all damages or product defects / issues within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please do not discard packaging in the case of carrier damage, where images of packaging may be requested. To report damanges, please email hello@huntandbloom.com.
