Peter Pumpkinton

Peter Pumkinton is all dressed up for his Halloween night of Trick or Treating. Papier Mache Peter is dressed in a skeleton costume with a mustard yellow crepe paper collar and crepe paper ruffles around his ankles.  He is adorned with a top hat and swirling staff.
